About Feel It Out

Workshops: (2-3 hours)

Some time in the day dedicated to an explorative art workshop. Participants are given a variety of materials with time and space to create for the sake of creating, not for an end goal. It is a time for intuitive creation and guidance from ones inner self. A time to get in touch with one’s inner chid and away from the burdens of inner critical beliefs. This workshop is designed for groups who work in an office or team setting. For people who don't often take time for themselves and are more frequently giving their time to others or to their work.

Benefits of attending:

Clear space in the mind

Creative unblocking

Calm the nervous system

Engage different parts of the brain

Give space to self-expression

Spend time with your inner child

Practice a new skill

Retreats:

YOU are important, and Feel-It-Out retreats are made to explore your ever-expanding inner world. Retreats are a one-day (6-8 hour) experience consisting of several self-nourishing activities. This is NOT group therapy, this is a group setting where people are encouraged not to cater to others, where there are no expectations of one another, but a time to share a unique experience of having feelings amongst peers. perhaps a feeling that has never been allowed to properly show itself: mad, sad, glad, scared. All of these feelings are welcome and are valuable insights into how we must tune into and nurture our inner world.

Activities include: Movement/play, breath-work, self-massage tutorials, guided meditation, and yes… breaking things.

I often say “Feel-It-Out” workshops are for everyone, but truthfully, Feel-It-Out workshops are for those interested in themselves. Those who are curious about getting to know themselves better. Even if you have a big inner-critic, if you have a rescuer inside that never allows you to put yourself first, if you’re too busy keeping it all together all the time, if you have never felt comfortable being enraged, if you don’t like to cry, if you say “I cant do this or that”, if you’ve got something that you think is “wrong with you”, if you have been extremely hurt, or been the one doing the hurting — doesn’t mean you cant be curious.
